Appointments

The doctor is available on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. And sometimes early Wednesday afternoons. The doctor appointments are over Zoom but in our office. We are located in Palencia, a mile east of US1 (north of the St. Augustine airport, east of the Buc-ees & Costco at International Golf Parkway & I-95 in St. Johns County, and south of Nocatee.)

We don’t do blood tests and it is not necessary to bring your latest results.

No.

Medication

Both FDA approved drugs, GLP-1 and Tirzepatide. These medications require refrigeration. We plan to offer Retatrutide when it receives FDA approval in 2025/26.

We exclusively use American compounding pharmacies, recently from New York, Tennessee, and Florida.

Yes, for an additional charge.

We offer a sub-lingual liquid in a dropper bottle for daily use under the tongue.  It is really useful for travel since it doesn’t require refrigeration.  However, every single client who has tried it has complained about the taste.

Much of the medication contained in pills is destroyed in stomach acid, so we don’t offer pills.

About 4 shots, about a one month supply.  Call us when you take your third shot and we will order your next vial.  You can pick them up in clinic whenever we are open.  If you are lucky enough to have extra homes elsewhere so you can escape Easy Bake Oven Florida in the summer, we can ship your medication to you for a $50 charge, continental US.  Yes, that is overnight air, on ice.

Financial

No.  Few insurance plans pay for these drugs, and the few that do usually have a copay that is larger than what we charge.

We don’t, but we can refer you to AdvanceCareCard.com, a Tampa company, for a similar option.

Yes.

Yes, $50 unless you cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance.

That is a very good question.  We don’t have the answer.
